Various crises had impacted the volumes of air cargo handled at Changi Airport in the period
between 1995 and 2023.

Use relevant data from the Singapore Department of Statistics and graphically illustrate the
impact of these crises. Your answers should include quantitative information detailing the
effects of these crises on cargo handled at Changi Airport.

Among these crises, identify the crisis with the most significant impact on air cargo handled at
Changi Airport, and indicate its influence on global supply chains. Provide reasons to support
your answer.
