ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN 6

A. Project Title:
PROPOSED 12 STOREY MID-RISE CONDOMINIUM
B. Statement of the Problem:
The design and development of a 12-storey mid-rise condominium present various architectural challenges
that need careful consideration. These include understanding the site's characteristics and constraints, organizing the
space efficiently to meet regulatory standards and market demands, designing safe vertical circulation systems,
creating an aesthetically pleasing facade, optimizing natural lighting and ventilation, ensuring structural integrity and
sustainability, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure the project meets their needs. Addressing these challenges
creatively will result in a residential environment that enhances quality of life and enriches the urban fabric.

With this goal in mind, a budding entrepreneur aims to establish a condominium in Batangas, enticing other business
professionals to invest. Additionally, the objective is to offer varied opportunities for Batangueños to attain
homeownership, ensuring they enjoy complete comfort and accessibility.
