complex approval process structure, difficulties in understanding the intricacies of the
Approval Process Handbook, and complex documentation requirements have hindered
the efficiency and transparency of this vital procedure. To address these issues, we
propose the development of a comprehensive, user-friendly solution. Our innovative
approach entails the creation of a multi-lingual portal, integrating cutting-edge
technologies. This includes an advanced Government Documentation-Based AI Chatbot,
meticulously designed to assist users in comprehending the intricacies of the Approval
Process Handbook. The portal will also provide user and institute profiles, streamlining
document collection, management, and collaboration. Additionally, it will incorporate an
advanced Document Verification System to automatically detect errors in submitted
documents and facilitate the generation of necessary documentation. This integrated
solution aims to simplify the approval process, enhance understanding, and streamline
documentation, ensuring an efficient and user-friendly experience for all stakeholders
involved in the technical education sector. By providing a unified and technologically
advanced platform, we strive to foster transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the
