I am a researcher of the University of Nueva Caceres, School of Graduate

Studies, Naga City and currently conducting a research study entitled,
“Redesigning Teacher’s Development Program for Preservice Teachers: The
Analysis Phase”. The main goal in doing this is to assess the professional
status, motivation, and perspective of preservice teachers (Locally Funded
Teachers and Community ALS Implementers) in Tinambac South District to
assist them get ready and equipped for work regularization and permanence.
This study is a requirement for Master of Arts in Education Major in
Educational Leadership and Management.

In connection with this, I humbly seek your support and participation to
