Inclusion contributes to bring peace, democracy and development of the country. but it is better
to define what inclusion is by itself.

Inclusion refers to the practice of ensuring that all individuals, regardless of their
backgrounds, identities, or circumstances, feel valued, respected, and fully engaged members of
a community or society.

It involves creating environments, policies, and practices that embrace diversity, promote
equity, and foster a sense of belonging for everyone. Inclusion aims to remove barriers to
participation and provide equal opportunities for all individuals to contribute, thrive, and reach
their full potential.

And this doctrine plays a pivotal role to bring peace, democracy and development of the
country in several ways. some of these are :

1. Social Cohesion: Inclusive policies and practices bring together people from diverse
backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives. When individuals feel valued and included in
society, social cohesion increases. This reduces the likelihood of conflicts arising from
divisions based on ethnicity, religion, or other identity markers. By promoting
understanding and empathy among different groups, inclusion fosters a more peaceful
coexistence.
