brainstorm: done? serving homemade food?
morning: what are 5 QUICK things I can do each morning to help me achieve these? no more than 5 minutes per task.
evening: what are 5 QUICK things I can do each evening to help me achieve these? no more than 3 minutes per task.
Pick Focus Days for Productivity
choose six plus a rest day:
evaluating: does everything feel realistic to you? you need to break a certain task into two days? how much of this can
you delegate? can you spend 30-60 minutes per day on these tasks?
Fix What’s Bothering You
what’s getting on your nerves about your house? clutter? the messy shower? everyone always asking you
brainstorm: what’s for dinner? pick your top two.
morning: list out two things can you do every morning to help you deal with one trouble spot. it could be finalizing your
meal plan, spraying down the shower, anything.
