Meeting Summary:

1. Introduction and Purpose:

Me and Nitin Sir visited Infratech Concrete Solutions at Mahape on 23/03/2024 to discuss
the potential implementation of Blue Aerocrete in concrete production.

2. Plant Visit:
Initially, the visit commenced at Plant 1. However, it was determined that Sanjeev
Sangvekar, the concerned person working in QC in the RMC Plant, was stationed at Plant 2.
Therefore, we proceeded to Plant 2 by walking.

3. Discussion with Sanjeev Sangvekar:

Upon reaching Plant 2, a brief discussion was held with Sanjeev Sangvekar regarding Blue
Aerocrete. The focus was on its benefits in concrete production, particularly its ability to
enhance strength by activating materials such as fly ash, GGBS, and metakaolin. It was
highlighted that Blue Aerocrete can increase strength by up to 200% and is 40% replaceable
to OPC. Additionally, its environmental benefits, including the reduction of CO2 emissions,
were discussed.
4. Agreement for Trials:
Infratech Concrete Solutions QC Head expressed interest in exploring Blue Aerocrete
further and agreed to conduct trials. It was mutually decided that the trials would commence
in the first week of April.

Action Items:

1. Infratech Concrete Solutions to prepare for the trials of Blue Aerocrete starting in the first
week of April.
2. Follow-up communication to ensure smooth execution of the trials and to address any
queries or concerns.

Next Steps:

1. Await confirmation from Infratech Concrete Solutions regarding the exact dates for the
trials.
2. Prepare necessary documentation and support for the trial phase.
3. Maintain open communication with Infratech Concrete Solutions to address any additional
requirements or questions.
