RICE WITH CHICKEN

Ingredients:

1. Eight chicken legs


2. three Cups of White Rice
3. four cups of water
4. three red onions
5. a tomato
6. a carrot
7. half a cup of peas
8. a small strainer of Leafless Culantro
9. a pinch of salt

Preparation:
1. First, blend the cilantro with a little water if necessary until you obtain a paste.

2. Second Cut an onion and carrot into small cubes.

3.Then in a pot, heat the oil and seal the chicken until completely browned. Then Remove in
the same pot, fry the onion for five minutes, this will allow you to take advantage of the
flavor left by the chicken

4. Meanwhile, add the garlic, fry for five more minutes. Add the liquefied cilantro and cook
for two more minutes. Then , return the fish to the pot along with three cups of water and
cook for fifteen minutes over medium heat.

5. After removing the holds. Then add the previously washed rice, peas, carrot, and cook at
medium temperature for ten minutes.
6. To finish, add the cooked chicken pieces. Finish cooking for five more minutes at
minimum temperature.
