RESOLUTION CHANGING THE AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN

OF KANGHALO, DUMANJUG, CEBU IN ITS DEPOSITORY BANK FROM THAT OF FORMER
SK CHAIRPERSON HON. NORMAN M. TALO TO THAT OF THE NEWLY-ELECTED SK
CHAIRPERSON HON. JUNMARK C. ZAMORA WHO ASSUMED INTO OFFICE ON
NOVEMBER 28, 2023 AT 10:00 A.M. AND WITH THAT, FROM FORMER SK TREASURER
MS. DHELEGEN T. SOTAVINTO TO THAT OF THE NEWLY APPOINTED SK TREASURER MS.
JESSA M. SEARES WHO ASSUMED INTO OFFICE ON DECEMBER 04, 2023.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Kanghalo, Dumanjug Cebu has

depository account in Landbank of the Philippines, Cebu Osmena Branch with an Acount no. 000142-
1076-00

WHEREAS, Hon. Norman M. Talo former SK Chairperson and Ms. Dhelegen T. Sotavinto
former SK Treasurer have ended their term as SK Chairperson and SK Treasurer of the Sangguniang
Kabataan of Barangay Kanghalo, Dumanjug Cebu on October 30, 2023 when the Barangay and SK
Election was conducted;
 WHEREAS, Hon. Junmark C. Zamora, newly- elected SK Chairperson of Barangay Kanghalo,
Dumanjug Cebu and Ms. Jessa M. Seares, the newly-appointed SK Treasurer who assumed into office
on the above stated date respectively;

WHEREAS, there is a need to immediately replace the authorized signatories to prevent

disruption of public services;

WHEREAS, upon thorough deliberating the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Kanghalo

sees the importance of the continuity in delivering basic services to its constituents.

NOW THEREFORE, ON MOTION OF HON. GREGO Z. LADA, DULY SECONDED “EN MASSE”
BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED TO CHANGE THE AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES OF
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY KANGHALO, DUMANJUG CEBU IN ITS DEPOSITORY BANK
FROM THAT OF FORMER SK CHAIRPERSON HON. NORMAN M. TALO TO THAT OF NEWLY- ELECTED
SK CHAIRPERSON HON. JUNMARK C. ZAMORA WHO ASSUMED INTO OFFICE ON NOVEMBER 28,
2023. AND WITH THAT, FROM FORMER SK TREASURER MS. DHELEGEN T. SOTAVINTO TO THAT
NEWLY APPOINTED SK TREASURER MS. JESSA M. SEARES WHO ASSUMED INTO OFFICE ON
DECEMBER 04, 2023.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that as copy of this resolution be furnished to Ms. Jessa M.

Seares for her information and guidance.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to Kanghalo

Sangguniang Barangay, MLGOO and the Local Youth Development Council of Dumanjug.
