, the tape roll /film roll such materials, product ,etc , we will send you relevant installation and adjustment machine video to help
you side , also you could follow the machine mnaual to finish the installation and adjustment , if not working ,we will also help
you by video call to show you how to handle this , we could also dispatch engineer for over-sea service when possible, the charges
will be as our quotation.
2.if machine have probelm , you could drop me at my email or on line contact as above ,we will give you solution within 24 hours
