With the current graduate recruitment climate being particularly

challenging, we wanted to provide today’s students and recent
graduates with invaluable work experience, allowing you to
develop your skill set, make new connections and provide you
with opportunities to help you build your future career.

 How On Demand Schools works
The On Demand Schools experience is designed to give you the same sector content and
knowledge as the live experiences, and gain skills f rom sessions tailored to the stage you’re at
in your career. You’ll be able to watch core sector and skills sessions, complete a work project
and boost your employability. Here’s how it works:

Step 1 Watch the three core skills sessions, four sector specialist sessions, and
work sample presentation (see the agenda on page 4).

Watch the sample work set-up video, which will give you all the instructions
Step 2 (don’t worry about the submission time mentioned in this video).

Submit your sample work by Friday 13th August at 11am. This is a hard
deadline, so we recommend getting in your sample work as soon as possible.
Here’s the link to submit your work.
Step 3 For additional support, you can use the model answer and debrief on page 5
to help you work through. If you’re feeling conf ident and want to do the
work sample without looking at the model answer you are more than
welcome to wait until after submitting your work to view this.

As soon as you submit your work, you’ll be automatically sent a scoring matrix
and a self-reflection worksheet to help you mark and reflect on your work.
Step 4 You’ll also be sent the model answer video which will give you some additional
insights into how you could have approached the task. You’ll need to complete
and submit your self-reflection by Monday 16th August at 11am.

Your certif icate will be sent to you shortly after both steps 3 and 4
Step 5 are complete. You’ll also receive a link to a CV/application advice
session to support your future applications. Note – all certif icates
will be sent during the week commencing 16th August.
