by adding new customers and increasing product sales. Then, I occupied different maintenance &
equipment roles in the food, railway and semiconductor industries, where I achieved the best results in
implementing an efficient equipment maintenance process, such as in my last experience within
STMicroelectronics by ensuring the maximum machine availability & reliability with an OEE>70% and
improving the unscheduled downtime of molding machines from 7% to less than 4,5%, as well as decreasing
the maintenance cost by 40%.

My previous role’s challenges have strengthened my capabilities in analyzing complex problems and
finding rapid solutions even under stressful conditions, I have developed my teamwork skills, especially
during crises, and my ability to get opportunities for improvement from situations as well as to adapt quickly
