The aim of the course is to train performance and weight & balance administrators on FlySmart with Airbus environment, user
interfaces and administration tools.

Through this training, the Performance administrator will get the necessary knowledge to contribute to the definition of the
Performance policy in the Airline (with a Tech Pilot), to properly implement the policy in Flysmart with Airbus, and to answer
questions from the pilots about the Performance applications behavior.

All of this requires a good understanding of Performance considerations, how they can be dealt with in the Airline, how they can be
implemented in Flysmart with Airbus.

During the course, the trainee will prepare the FlySmart with Airbus customization corresponding to one aircraft from his fleet.
The course is available for Windows end-user environment.
This course is mandatory before delivery of FlySmart with Airbus tool.

Course structure

FlySmart with Airbus Administrator course is a combination of educational modules*

Note*: Depending on your aircraft, your level of awareness and your needs – modules can be purchased separately (upon
request).

Take-off/Landing/In-flight Windows
The purpose of this module is to:
- Explain FlySmart with Airbus general concepts (installation process, FlySmart with Airbus environment and administration,
package data creation)
- Present and practice on FlySmart with Airbus Take-off, Landing and In-flight applications Explain what is the required
Performance information, and how to get it from the documentation (FCOM, AFM, PEP)Explain in details how to administrate
FlySmart with Airbus Take-off, Landing and in-flight with the PA ADMIN tool: user interface management, aircraft data
management, airport data management, package data creationExplain how to manage FlySmart with Airbus version and
customize the interface with the GAS CMT tool

Applicable: All aircraft

Weight & Balance Windows

The purpose of this part is to:
- Present and practice on FlySmart with Airbus Loadsheet application
- Explain what is the required weight and balance information, and how to get it from the documentation (WBM, AHM560)
- Explain in details how to administrate the FlySmart with Airbus weight and balance with the PA ADMIN tool: user interface
management, aircraft data management

Duration: 2 Days
Applicable: All aircraft

Prerequisites

- To be familiar with computer handling

- To be familiar with the regulatory and technical aspects of aircraft performance and/or weight and balance
- Fluency in English (able to write, read and communicate at an adequately understandable level in English language
