Executive Summary:

GreenPod Labs is an early- stage Agri-biotech start up developing sustainable

solutions to minimize food waste in India. The company is based out of Chennai. The

company has developed an active packaging sachet that can extend the shelf life of

fruits and vegetables throughout the supply chain.

The company is looking to hire two undergraduates or MBA/PGDM students for

Business Development Internship (3-month internship). Business Development Intern

would work closely with the B.D team to build sales and marketing strategies for

penetration in commodities like Grapes, Oranges etc.

As a first step of the recruitment process, we would like you to take up a

small project. The details of the project are given below.

- Meet a fruit/ vegetable trader in any market or mandi near you and understand
his/ her pain points and issues related to quality and economic losses during the
transport of fresh produce over long distances.

- Record the audio conversation and share it in the google form link provided
below.

Stipend: Rs 10000- 12000 per month + travel expenses

Internship Start date: 11-03-2024 to 31-05-2024

Requirements: Two-wheeler is mandatory as the role involves travelling.
