Lead Sharing Process

The branches can share leads with SBI Payments via following channels:

1. SBI Payments Sales Team: We have around 2,000 sales officials mapped to various branches. The
leads can be passed on to the team for fulfillment. Details of the sales team attached with the mail
having following columns:

2. WhatsApp Channel:
• Open WhatsApp and branches to mention Hi on 8291182911.
• Please Select Customer referral button from the given list
• After selecting “Customer referral”, chat bot will request you to enter Merchant name, Merchant
mobile number, merchant city & merchant branch code to proceed further (refer the below
images).

3. Dedicated Email Channel: Branches can share the details on leads@sbipayments.com ID with
following information:
• Merchant Name
• Merchant Mobile Number
• Merchant City
• Branch Code
