128.00 Square Yards equivalent to 107.02 Sq. meters, situated at Teegalguda,
Moosarambagh, Hyderabad, A.P.. hereinafter called the scHEDULED
PROPERTY .which is morefully described in the schedule of property and
delineated in red colour in the plan annexed, in favour of the Settlee in presence
of witnesses and deemed expedient to reduce the Gift Settlement Deed in writing
as under:

1. That the Settlor has gifted the scheduled property to the Settlee to have
and to hold the same as absolute owner forever without any hindrance.
2 That the Settlor has delivèred the possession of the scheduled property to
the Settlee herein and the Settlee has accepted the same by way of
delivery of possession.
3. That the Settlee hereafter shall enjoy the scheduled property as absolute
owner without any hindrance and shall enjoy the same without any
interference of anybody whatsoever.
4 That the Settlor hereby declares that she has subsisting right, title, interest
to grant, gift and transfer the scheduled property in favour of the Settlee
and none of her claimants or other legal heirs, shall have no right, title,
interest, claim, whatsoever in the scheduled property.
5 That the Settlor has handed over the link documents, Receipts, etc.
pertaining to the schedule property to the Settlee.
6. That the Settlor hereby declares that the scheduled property is free from
allencumbrances, prior sales, gifts, mortgages, et.
7 That the Settlor hereby binds herself to be present at all times for the
purpose of mutation, change of name, etc; and the Settlee shall have right
to get her name, entered, changed, mutated in the concerned office
records, and perfect her title ovèr the scheduledproperty.
8. That the Settlor values the scheduled property for the purpose of this Gift
as Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten lakhs only) and the stamp duty paid
according to the market value.
