In the event that the account holder does not oblige to write the correct name of the three passenger, the ‫ﻻ ﯾﺠﻮﺯ ﺷﺮﺍﺀ ﺗﺬﺍﻛﺮ ﺍﻟﺴﻔﺮ ﺑﻘﺼﺪ ﺑﯿﻌﮭﺎ ﻭﻻ ﯾﺠﻮﺯ ﻟﻐﯿﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﻇﻒ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺘﺺ ﺑﯿﻊ ﺍﻟﺘﺬﺍﻛﺮ ﺃﻭ ﻋﺮﺿﮭﺎ ﻟﻠﺒﯿﻊ ﻭﻣﻦ ﯾﺨﺎﻟﻒ ﺫﻟﻚ ﯾﺘﻌﺮﺽ ﻟﻠﻐﺮﺍﻣﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺤﺒﺲ ﻃﺒﻘﺎ ﻟﻠﻘﺎﻧﻮﻥ ﺭﻗﻢ‬
