SAFETY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

On 16th July, 2022 Monthly Safety Committee Meeting was held at 4:40 PM in the UPPL-1 conference room. This
meeting was started with a safety policy, unsafe practice and objectives where all of members are shared their
findings on compliance and routine work. After this all the members are given their observation and discussed how
to develop the existing system.

Introduction speech of Sr. DGM about safety committee &
unsafe practice
Discussed about existing unsafe practice & safety issues of whole
plant area.
It is must to wear PPE during work. If anyone find without PPE
during work he should be punished by fine of money.
Rupture Disc maintenance platform area railing installation.
Plant surrounding drain areas should be coverage by slab or
gratings.
It should be maintain a register for plant to plant tools exchange.
Boiler room side boundary wall should be repair.
Smoking is fully restricted in plant area. If anyone find smoking
he will be lose his job.
The safety committee decided that every month will be held a
fire drill.
The damaged smoke & gas detectors should be repair or re-
install.
Every 15 days the committee will get together for monitoring
about their activities.
