My goal is to assist Jacob by promoting his involvement in class. Offering well-earned
praise that emphasizes his intelligence and consistently good writing is one successful
tactic. Jacob will probably feel more at ease talking to me as his teacher if I acknowledge
his efforts. This strategy may eventually enable him to forge closer social bonds with his
classmates. Furthermore, including group activities in our classes will help students make
friends even more easily. I'll be keeping a careful eye on Jacob's development going
forward by gauging his participation in class activities.

Answer: case 2 I will ask Mia for a private conversation about the issue and regards of her
being talkative in that way she will avoid criticism to other teacher and also improve her
learning because she will be more focus in classes hours and can talk to her friends in break
time. I will also implement it to my class rules the student that is noisy will perform imprint
of the class in that way they will know that it has consequences

Writing my reflection: The establishment of efficient routines and the upkeep of a sturdy
classroom structure are essential because they foster habits in the teaching and learning
environment. These behaviors add to the overall positive environment in the classroom and
are sources of encouragement for both teachers and students. Smooth interactions between
professors and students are ensured in a well-structured class, which improves the caliber of
the teaching and learning process. The relationship between professors and students may
deteriorate in an unstructured classroom, which would ultimately diminish the educational
process's worth.
