In supersession of our letter of even number dated dt. 31.10.2023 and with reference
to the above, I would like to convey herewith Administrative Approval and Expenditure Sanction of
the Governor of Mizoram amounting to Rs.28,00,42,000/- (Rupees Twenty Eight Crore Forty Two
Thousand Only) as Tranche – I of State Water Action Plan (SWAP) under AMRUT 2.0 for FY 2023-24.

The expenditure is debitable under the head of account:-

4217 - CO on Urban Development
01 - State Capital Development
051 - Construction
02 - AMRUT(CSPS)
01 - AMRUT(CSPS)/CSS
(53) - Major Works during 2023-24

The proposal is vetted by Dy. Director of Accounts vide No. 0125 of 2023-24 and
Research Officer vide No. UD 26 of 2023-24.

This is issued with the approval of Finance Department(EC) vide I.D. No. FIN(EC)
1082/2023-24/UD&PA dt. 27.10.2023.
