Greetings of peace and prosperity!

The Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology Architecture Local Student
Government (NEUST-ASG) is writing to respectfully inform your good office of our department's
intent to organize a three-day "INTERLACE PROGRAM ‘23" with the theme "Establishing
and Cementing Lifelong Union; Stimulating First Leap of Embarking Intimacy and
Opportunity” on August 16-18, this academic year 2023-2024.

The INTERLACE PROGRAM ’23 is an event that features a series of events such as
orientation (day 1), art fair, campus tour and exhibition of talents (day 2), continuation of
events, and awarding ceremony (day 3). This program will help the freshmen at the NEUST
College of Architecture become familiar with the university and learn about the possible
organizations in which they might be interested. This program also intends to create rapport within
their fellow architecture students, as it will serve as a steppingstone for them to have social
interaction. It is worth mentioning that the organization has emphasized that participation in these
activities is voluntary and not compulsory.
As a result, the organization determined that the participants would bear sole responsibility
for providing the necessary resources for the said event. Nevertheless, the students are just
expected to enjoy this three-day activity. All the necessary documentation and resolutions
pertaining to this matter have been attached to this letter of approval.

In line with this, the NEUST - Architecture Local Student Government would like to
request your good office for the availability of the following:
● the CLOSED GYMNASIUM with air-conditioning system on August 16, 2023.
● the NIETO HALL with air-conditioning system on August 17 and 18, 2023.
● the use of SOUND SYSTEM and TABLES & CHAIRS on August 16-18, 2023.
