• CMS activity log and CMS feedback

SUMMARY OF DEBRIEFING:

• The vessel and equipment are in good condition.

• There are no significant safety concerns: the crew are all attentive; wearing PPA are always prioritized.
• No accident had happened, all transactions were conducted smoothly.
• Good working planning system and no violation of work planning/ rest hour law.
• The PMS are always updated, and all cargo transaction are delivered smoothly.
• Good living condition and welfare. No allotment issues.
• Good communication (both external and internal).
• No concern involving regulator, audits, vetting etc. All the safety equipment and machineries are in good
condition.
• There should be 1/more Filipino engineer officers assigned/working in the engine department.

COMMENTS FROM SEAFARER:

The overall working condition in the vessel is satisfactory.
