DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE made and entered into this 8th of January
2024 at Ormoc City by and between;

PETER P. PAN of legal age, single, with residence address at Maharlika

Village, Lower Bicutan, Tacloban City, Leyte, Philippines hereinafter referred
to as the “SELLER”
-and-

TINKER T. BELL, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, with residence

address at Joshoa Village, Brgy Juaton, Ormoc City, Leyte, Philippines and
herein known as the “BUYER”

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the absolute and registered owner of the

following motor vehicle, more particularly described as follows:

MODEL/MAKE : Honda 2023 Motorcycle

SERIAL NO. : KYT00013025
PLATE NO. : MG7485
FILE : 1226-00000120475

WHEREAS, the SELLER desires to sell the aforesaid motorcycle and

the BUYER is able, willing and ready to purchase the same under the terms and
conditions herein below set forth:

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum total of

NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (P90,000.00), Philippine currency, VAT
inclusive and receipt hereof is hereby acknowledged by the said SELLER, the
SELLER hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEYS unto the
BUYER, in a manner absolute and irrevocable the above-described motorcycle
unit, free from all liens and encumbrances whatsoever.

The SELLER warrants that the motorcycle unit is free from any liens and
encumbrances and that said SELLER shall defend the title and rights of the
BUYER from any claims of whatever kind or nature from third persons.
