The job holder is responsible for the support of the Vendor Qualification process and Vendor Database
Purpose management based on sound commercial, financial, technical requirements as per existing relevant
procedures
The main responsibilities of the job holder are:

- Ensure the effective support of the Tender process - Qualification processes as per requests from buyers
and User Depts. in line with the approved Contract Strategy and existing relevant procedures.

- Provide timely registration of Vendors in accordance with procedures - Local and Community.

- Update of Vendor profile and maintenance of Vendor List in Vendor Management Database.

- Provision of Vendor Management reports.

- Timely update of Vendor Qualification Status file and/or Status Database.

Main Responsibilities - Provide the necessary support for VM Audits and any other External and Internal Audits, as can be
assigned by Department Manager.

- To monitor timely issuance of expected Feedbacks and analyse Feedbacks on Vendors.

- To provide support in implementing different initiatives of the Company and HQ.

- Support the department in producing internal reports, which enable to identify suitable planning and
monitoring of the activity carried out within the Department.

- To comply with the requirements of the different policies and procedures of the Company, applying the
HSE Integrated Management System and the HSE Management System Guidelines and providing proper HSE
conditions of work to everyone.

Main Internal Interfaces Contract Holders, Legal, Finance, HSE and others departments, as applicable.

Main External Interfaces Vendors and their personnel engaged in Vendor Qualification

Required Qualifications Univirsity Degree

Required Experience 3 - 4 years working experience preferably in Vendor Management related disciplines

- preferably possess knowledge of SAP


- Ability to apply concept such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Required Competencies - Must have the knowledge of company's procedures and policies and relevant tools.
- Must possess analytical skills
- The knowledge of SA8000 standard and balance sheet analysis is considered as added value
