JOB DESCRIPTION ADMIN EXECUTIVE

1. Collecting quotation for Machinery AMC, Insurance , Construction work and Repairs
from various companies, compare it bargaining with contractors and finalise with the
help of higher authority. – Only new machines AMC, insurance – In- Transit insurance
is missing, Health Insurance is pending, Contracts are properly maintained.
2. Expense cause to each vehicle, control the fleet manager in every expense – Proof is
maintained by Attisha.
3. All stationery items purchase which are needed for the company. Maintain good
quality and low price.- ok
4. Gardening and clean all our land with staffs and casual labour. – ok, Pest contract –
APCO – Monthly – 4 times
5. Involve in every department, co-operate with dept heads & solve any issues they have-
Ok
6. Arranging requirement of drinking water to staffs and guest- OK – Invoice wise no
contract
7. Sending courier and parcel to various places – Ok – Courier tracking Register- Tracking
slip is maintained by Attisha
8. Maintenance work of company buildings. - OK
9. As per requirement purchase various companies masalas and vegetables from local
market. – Sample Purpose of rivals
10. Giving purchase order for company requirement. – Lab items, PM items and ets – soft

11. Arranging of spares from local market for repair of factory machines - Ok
12. Involvement of in every department and co-operate with dept heads & solve any
issues they have. -Ok
13. Issue of stationery items to every department as per there requirement. – Ok -

14. Reducing the cost by knowing Rates of repair of all maintenance, and compare with
market rate. – Good deal sorting
15. Disposal of scrap items from factory - Ok
16. Disposal of returned pickle from REF godown – deal through septic cleaning peoples
17. Co-ordination with municipality and panchayath – as per requirement – exit time &
entry time written at reception
18. Co-ordination with local union people. - ok
19. As per requirement, printing of Books, forms and labels. - ok
20. Arrangement of uniform for the staffs. – ok – stationary register
21. Accommodation for incoming guest and sales representatives - ok
22. Arrangement of food for the incoming guest. - ok
23. Co-ordinating KSEB for Electrical problems. - ok
24. Local market survey for taking quotation from different shops.- ok -
25. Co-ordinating Medical certificate for the factory staffs.- ok – Mandatory by health
department – Excel sheet will be maintained HR – To be updated -To be decided
26. Accounting of old vehicle selling - Excel Sheet
27. Maintaining of admin related documents - ok
28. Packing and Sending samples to outside India through DHL service - ok
29. Annual Return Factories - Factories and boilers renewal, Factory insurance, - Initiative
