1 Complete the descriptions with a, an, the or no article (–).

I live in 1 old house. There are five bedrooms

upstairs, so we all have our own room (I have 2
sister and two brothers). There’s a living room and
3 kitchen downstairs. 4 kitchen is very
big, with a lot of 5 cupboards. In 6
morning, we all have 7 breakfast in the kitchen
before we go to 8 work or school.

We live in 1 small flat in 2 centre of

the city. 3 furniture is all very modern and
4 heating is great, so we don’t get cold in
5 winter! We haven’t got 6 garden,
but there’s 7 park very near to us. We often
go there at 8 weekend.

town. 3 house is very modern, it’s only ten years
old. There are two bedrooms upstairs, and 4
living room, 5 hall and 6 small kitchen
downstairs. 7 living room is very comfortable
and we’ve got 8 big sofa. I really like our house.
