LETTER OF GURANTEE

This letter of GUARANTEE executed at KHEDA this Proposed Civil , Plumbing and
Sanitary Works For Warehouse Buildings, Office Building, Roads and allied structures at
block no 656/B Khata No.453, Village Hariyala, Taluka District Kheda, Gujrat for Transport
Corporation of India Limited by Ronak Build Well Pvt Ltd. Registered office - . 304,1st
floor, The Royal Orian Arcade, Opp. Kunj Resi Plaza, Zadeshwar Road, Bharuch, Gujrat
GSTIN – 24AADCR4871Q1ZS, whose office is at Bharuch. Herein after referred to as party
of THE FIRST PART (CONTRACTOR), TO AND IN FAVOUR OF Transport
Corporation of India Ltd. Work order no (GRN No. 62906056) Certificate no.
G0Q2020B2519. Herein after referred to as PARTY OF THE SECOND PART (Client),
WITNESSE AS FOLLOWS.
Where as party of the first part has undertaken The Ant termite work at Transport
Corporation of India Ltd, at block no 656/B Khata No.453, Village Hariyala, Taluka
District Kheda, Gujrat. We have completed the work in (entire warehouse area only) same to
the party of the second part.
The party of the first part, at the instance of the party of the second part has agreed to give
guarantee for such work for period of 10 years from this day for any Defect or other quality
deficiency by reason of which the buildings suffers leakages at the treated area.
The parties of the first part, under these circumstances declare that for period of 10 years
from the day of work completion, guarantee the perfection of the work of water proofing
treatment undertaken by them in respect of premises site at block no 656/B Khata No.453,
Village Hariyala, Taluka District Kheda, Gujrat. Entrusted to them and handed over and
undertake to carry out any defect, leakage that may be found in the work that has been carried
out by them.
This guarantee will not include due to any structural failure of natural calamities like
earthquake etc. This guarantee would cease on the expiry of the period of 10 years reserved
under this agreement.
Note: As per the above Guarantee Certificate will be valid from date of work completion and
received full payments from your end.
