COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF ECO RESORT

This research paper intends to show the analysis between case studies based on eco-resorts.
The purpose of the study takes in consideration a case study in order to define basic principles
in eco-architecture and eco-urbanism to develop rural areas. The research methodology is
based on a comparison between two case studies. The results achieved, points to the emerging
of a new paradigm in architecture, urban planning and tourism, and particularly to new
formal solutions and specifications in technologies and materials. The results show that low-
technology is possible to increase good architecture and design. A comprehensive case study
research approach was used to conduct this research. It is good chance to investigate or
explain a phenomenon in context by employing a variety of data sources. A comparison of
customer satisfaction based on Location, Sleep quality, Rooms, Service quality, Value for
money and Cleanliness as perceived by travellers. This study attempts to seek answers to the
following questions: How customers rate the services offered by a eco resort? Which factors
should be considered for evaluating the experience of the customer? Do customers perceive
any difference between services rendered by different eco resort? This paper applies
statistical techniques to compare how customers rate different eco resort. We explain our
method while contrasting it with conventional case study research. According to social
sciences have undergone conceptual changes, particularly in respect to culture, context,
location, place, and comparison itself. We suggest that horizontal, vertical, and transversal
comparisons should all be taken into consideration in comparative case studies. As a final
point, we contend that this modification has the potential to strengthen and improve case
study research in comparative and international education while highlighting the distinctive
contributions of qualitative research. This study will help marketers of eco resort and
managers to enhance the satisfaction levels of travellers and to better understand how the
eco resort differ and where improvements can be made.
