JANICE S. MOSBY who are fifteen (15) years old and seven (7)
years old, respectively;

2. Said BARBIE S. MOSBY and JANICE S. MOSBY intend to

travel to Manila on May 26, 2024 together with their aunt, LILY M.
WATER;

3. I hereby give my paternal consent to my daughters, BARBIE

S. MOSBY and JANICE S. MOSBY to travel to Manila;
