Volkaan was originally devoted to Bahamut, but he


was exiled from the fellowship because of his
blood lust. He found his new faith when he took
out his frustrations on a small troop of goblins and
after a brutal slaughter, he viewed his reflections
in the puddle of blood and the god Erythnul
reflected back in the puddle. The god offered him
redemption and purpose. He was also told that he
may stay on his path of righteousness, but when
his urge arrises, Volkaan must bathe in the blood
of his fallen enemy and pray in the name of
Erythnul.
