Detailed lesson plan in MAPEH 9 (Health)

I.OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson, the students should be able to:
a. Discuss the nature and background of festival dances and the leading
festival in the country;
b. Share personal experience in participating in festival dance; and
c. Create and perform a basic routine of festival dances.

me what are your observations during the festival

: Festival dances are the cultural dances performed to the
strong beats of percussion instruments by a community of
people sharing the same culture usually done in honor of
a patron saint or thanksgiving of a bountiful harvest.
: Festival dances may be religious or secular in nature.
But the best thing about festivals is that they add to the
merry-making and festivities where they are celebrated, :(Students share their experiences)
