The School timings are 8:00 am to 12:30 pm. Staggered timings will be implemented exclusively for new admission students of EY1 and EY2 EY 03 will have regular school timings of 8.00 am to 12.30 pm from the first day. EYO1 Slotl — 8:30 am to 9:30 am Slot2 - 10:00 am to 11:00 am EY 02 ~ 9:00 am to 10 :00 am ONLY FOR NEW ADMISSIONS EY 03 — Regular Timings Staggered timings will be in effect from 20th March to 22nd March only for new admissions. The schedule for the same has been shared with you. For the initial week, parents of newly admitted students are required to drop off and pick up their children. (from 20" March to 22" March ).Starting from the week beginning 26th March, school hours will be from 8:00 am to 12:15 pm, with the option of school transport for parents’ convenience. If travelling by own transport then, parents are requested to pick up their wards at 12.00 noon Please ensure that the Pick-up cards, that have been provided during the Orientation Program are duly filled and are presented when picking up your ward. On the first day, kindly escort your child to the relevant Help Desk for assistance, from where they will be directed to their respective classrooms. The Help Desk will be placed in the Amphitheater inside the] EY Block. Please prepare a temporary ID card with details of the class/section and the parents’ contact number and mode of transport (bus/own transport) which your child can wear on the first day of school A temporary ID card from the school will be also be issued: Kindly fill out the I card clearly indicating your child's Class and section which the child can wear subsequently. Punctuality is greatly appreciated, Please drop off your child on time. If you opt for your own transport or Van transport, ensure you carry the pickup card provided.Provide healthy snacks for your child such as fruits, dry fruits, idly. dosa , sandwich, etc. Include an extra set of labelled clothing and inner wear in your child's school bag Label all belongings including tiffin boxes, water bottles with the child’s name and section and provide a napkin, Ensure your child is well-groomed with trimmed nails, a smart haircut, neat and ironed uniform, and polished shoes. Morning hours are reserved for academic activities.
