明治三十八年十二月十一日

年明けたら二十年祭という。世界の理と打ち合わしたら、皆々疾
うから、言わず語らず心にあるやろう。よう聞き分け。追々道開く
程に。付ける程に。国々では、どうやこうやと不足たら／＼。その
難しい処から、今に道を付けて見せるで。皆勇んでくれ／＼。
追々始まる。すっきり八方へ映してある。どんな事聞いたとて、お
め恐れは無い程に。

With the New Year will come the Twentieth Anniversary. You
look at the world situation. You say nothing to each other but
you have long held the concern in your hearts. Listen carefully.
The path will widen by and by. I shall open it. The provinces are
full of complaints. I shall soon open a path out of this difficulty.
Take heart everyone, take heart. Before long it will begin. I have
clearly shown My working throughout the eight directions.
Whatever you hear, do not be afraid.1
