Subject: The eating habits of young people in my area

The purpose of this report is to examine the eating habits of young people in my area.
I consider that diet and lifestyle play a major role in one’s health. For example, consider that less
than 1 mg of Black Mamba’s venom can kill you. Considering food is actually a complex of chemical
substances, think of the effect the tons of food you eat during a lifetime must have.
Nowadays, the so-called “junk” food has become a part in any teenager’s life. Every time when I
am going out in my town, I see young people who are eating “junk” food. This life, automatically, leads
only to disease and depression.

Suggestions for improvement: I am inclined to believe, in order to be fit and healthy, you need to take a
look at your diet. I particularly love fruit and vegetables, especially apples, oranges and cucumbers,
which I include in every meal or snack I have during a day. At breakfast, I always eat cereals that are
great for digestion, and maybe some milk. I have another snack at eleven – a fruit, usually, and lunch at
1 o’clock. I try to respect the eating routine every day because this is very important for my health. I eat
only organic food and avoid, as much as possible, the so-called “junk” food.

On the whole, it would seem that a pizza or a hamburger now and then would not hurt anyone.
