I am the head chef of the restaurant. I manage and organize my team of 12 cooks. I am responsible for
recruiting and training my own team. I bring my personal touch to the dishes, and create the menus by
proposing the dishes to be put on the menu. I am above all an artist in the kitchen who is passionate about his
job.

Innovative concept :

(We are an oriental restaurant offering a wide range of Arabic food, shisha and all this in a setting worthy of a
thousand and one nights. Indeed, our restaurant is located in a magnificent 5 hectare Riad. )

The restaurant is composed of two large main rooms that can accommodate 100 people indoors. We also provide
our customers with a VIP room on request. This room allows you to spend a pleasant moment in all intimacy
and discretion, as well as for couples, business meetings or family and friends gatherings.

Location :

We have set up our restaurant in the south of France, in Cannes to be precise. The setting is pleasant, it's a
place in France where it's sunny most of the year. In terms of the purpose of our company, it is the ideal
location because we really want our customers to be able to travel to the Middle East.

Target market =

Our location was not chosen only for the good weather. In fact, it is closely linked to the economic situation of the
population of Cannes. The city has a well-to-do population with high purchasing power. Thus, we want to
establish a skimming strategy, i.e. a strategy in which the prices set are higher than those of the competitors.

Furthermore, after analysing the competitive market, we are one of the only oriental restaurants offering a high-
end product in an atypical setting. The fact that we are the only ones in this type of project allows us to be in a
niche market and to charge the desired prices.
We are therefore targeting an affluent public, from 28 years old, of the executive and company director type. Here
you see a picture of Léonardo Di Caprio in our restaurant. We also target companies wishing to organise
seminars and business meals.
