RENT AGREEMENT

This Rent Agreement is made at Delhi on this 01 st Day of April


2023 between Mrs. Pushpa Sharma, W/o Mr. Hanuman Sharma,
R/o: RZ-69, T-Extension, Vishwas Park, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-
110059 herein called as First Party/Owner.

AND

Ms. Sunidhi Vyas, D/o Sh. Hanuman Sharma, R/o RZ-69, T-


Extension, Vishwas Park, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi-
110059 herein called as Second party/Tenant.

Now Whereas the First Party has agreed to let out the
Ground Floor on the property bearing RZ-69, T-Extension,
Vishwas Park, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi-110059 on a
monthly rent of Rs. 9,000/- excluding electricity & water charges
to the second party for a fixed period of 11 months on the
following terms and conditions:-

NOW THIS RENT AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS UNDER

1. That the monthly rent of Rs. 9,000/- shall be paid in


advance upto 1st of Each English Calendar month excluding
the electricity & water charges.
2. That the Tenancy has been commenced from 01.04.2023
and now this agreement is for the period of 11 months only
from the date of execution of the present agreement. Further
it is also agreed that after the expiry of this agreement it will
be on the discretion/Will of the both the parties to continue
this agreement or not.

3. That the second party will not make any additions or


alterations in the above said premises without the prior
written permission of the first party.

4. That the tenant shall use the demised premises only for the
Residential purpose only.

5. That the second party shall not sublet the said premises to
any person with rent or without rent during this period.

6. That the Tenant shall not do any illegal or unlawful thing in


the demised premises.

7. That first party has right to get the demised premises vacate
as their desire by giving the prior notice of one month to the
Tenant & Vice- Versa.

8. That on the expiry of the Tenancy period, the


contract/Agreement can be extended by mutual consent of
the Landlord and Tenant.
9. That the tenant at the time of initial occupation has seen
that all the sanitary, electrical and other fittings and fixture
are in the working order. The tenant shall be responsible for
restoration of any broken or missing fittings and fixtures.

10. That the first party is entitled to inspect the premises in


possession of the tenant at reasonable hour and tenant will
have no objection thereto.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Tenant and Landlord set their


hands and signature on this deed of agreement at Delhi on
the 01st Day of April, 2023 first mentioned above in the
presence of the following witnesses.
