Fee payment Policy, with effect from 2024-25

1. The yearly fee should be paid, in full, before the start of the Academic year.
2. Unless paid, the student’s name will not be included in the list of students in a
particular Section.
3. The name will be included in the list only when the fee is paid.
4. Mentors should contact the student and his/her parents/guardians if the fee is not
paid even one week after the commencement of classes.
5. The discussion should be recorded in the specified format (attached).
6. The student can attend the Lectures / Lab sessions, and appear for the Internal
Assessments only when his/her name appears in the class list.
7. Make-up assessments will be given only to those who could not take them up for
genuine reasons (like Medical issues or personal emergencies); The decision taken by
the respective HOD, in consultation with the Principal, will be final.
8. If the student doesn’t score the minimum specified marks in the Internal
Assessments, he/ she will be marked as NSSR (not eligible to write the main
University exam).
9. Students belonging to all categories, who are expected to receive scholarship from
Government agencies / Private Trusts, are required to pay the fee in full and claim
the scholarship amount if it is credited to the college account at a later date.
10. Students, who have applied for Educational loans, are required to collect the
Demand Note from the college, at least one month in advance and pay the fees
before the start of the Academic year.
11. Those who do not meet the mandatory attendance requirement of 85% will be
detained.
