NOTICE
UNFAIR MEANS INQUIRY COMMITTEE
Allthe following acts are liable for severe punishment under ordinance 5050 of University Act.
1. Possession of mobile phones/smart watches during exams
2. Possession of mobile phone/smart watches and copying from the same.
3. Using Bluetooth devices for copying.
4. Tearing of pages from main answer sheet.
5. Exchange of question paper or answer sheet.
6. Writing anything on question paper other than roll number.
7. Possession of chits.
8. Anything written on body or clothes of the person writing exam.
9. Tampering with any stationery of college or seal.
10. Any type of bribe through answer sheet.
11. Carrying away of the excess supplements provided during exam.
12. Misbehavior with the invigilator or other students during exam.
13. Standing outside the class and trying to help others sitting in the class.
14. Any type of act which invigilator is of the opinion that you intend to copy or help some
other student.

*P.S. Any written material (paper, writing on wall or bench) should be brought to the notice
of invigilator by the student before commencement of examination, failing which, that
student will be held responsible for whatever found in writing.
The following quantum of punishment may be applicable depending upon the gravity of the
offense if the students indulge in unfair practices in the examination.
Annulment of the performance of the student at the institution examination theory/practical
in full.
Annuiment of the performance of the student at the institution examination theory/practical
in full and exclusion of the student from institution examination for one additional
examination.
Annulment of the performance of the student at the institution examination theory/practical
in full and exclusion of the student from institution examination for two additional
examinations.
Double the punishment provided for the offence if caught second time.
Annulment of the performance of the student at the institution examination theory/practical
in fulland severe punishment depending upon the gravity of the offense.
