DUAL BEHAVIOR WEEKLY SCATTER PLOT

After defining the problem behaviors, the next step is to collect baseline data for a week to identify patterns
of when the problem occurs. Fill in the blanks with activities during the day including transitions, lunch, and
resource. Tally in each block every time the behaviors have been observed. Put a Zero in the block that no
behaviors were observed. At the end of the week you will be able to determine times of week, day, and
activities where the problem behaviors are most and least likely to occur.
