 Successfully completed DCU TurnAround 2022 within management timeframe by leading 35 agency staff and around
1800 workmen.
 Facilitated with “One Lakshya” award by our CEO for reducing OPEX/CAPEX by reliability improvements and effective
resource management using proactive approach and various tools like Meridium (RCM), SAP etc.
 Proposed, executed various Process schemes and also participated in HAZOP, PSSR for MOCs/PS execution/ new
equipment commissioning.

Deputy Manager -Delayed Coker Unit Apr, 2017-Apr, 2021

 Planned and executed world’s largest cokedrum weld overlay repair job and world’s first skirt repair job within
management timeframe and requirement.
 Headed 30 agency engineers and 1500 workmen to complete challenging tasks with synchronizing resources and
motivating team during Refinery Turn Around 2018.
 Achieved Boiler Operational Engineer certification (Government Certification required for every Industry, which has
boiler), youngest achiever in Nayara Energy.
 Felicitated with Safety Champion Award by Director for promoting safe working practices to around 400 workmen
inside refinery by various campaigns.
 Increased Unit complexity – ability to process wide variety of crude by improvising equipment, led to increase in profit.
 Experience in troubleshooting of Oil & Gas rotating equipment like compressors, pumps, turbine and Oil & Gas static
equipments.

Assistant Manager -Delayed Coker Unit Jan, 2016 – Apr, 2017

 Led team of 3 engineers and 60 workmen to achieve maximum DCU unit availability by proactive maintenance of
process equipment like pump, compressor, heater, exchangers, valves etc.
 Planned and executed around 24 Decoking shutdowns with effectively heading 4 engineers and 150 workmen on
round o’clock time period.
 Commissioned Sulphur Recovery Unit -2 in our refinery.
 Trained and nurtured work force to identify and mitigate risk by continuous learning approach.

Management Trainee July, 2015 – Jan, 2016

 Headed team of 12 engineers to monitor timely execution of planned critical jobs and mitigate any time delay of
critical path activities in Refinery Turn Around 2015 by optimization of resources with conforming timeframe and
budget given by Management.
 Selected for Delayed Coker Unit - the most GRM booster plant which requires proactive approach for smooth
operations - because of my problem solving and synergetic resource management skill.

L & T MHPS Boilers Private Limited Surat, Gujarat, India

 Optimized super critical boiler coil fabrication process by KAIZEN that had led to increase in productivity and profit
margin.
 Conducted training sessions on topics such as Current Safe working practices in industries and Divergent thinking
process for workmen. It could motivate ground level workmen for involvement in improvising operations.
