Haut de France gastronomy:

Fish soup: Is from the region of Touquet-Paris-Plage, a town near the see.
Ficelle picarde: from the region of Picardy, this a pancake filled with mushrooms
hams and shallots covered in cheese sauce.
Carbonadeflamande: originally from Belgium, this dish is made with pieces of beef,
onions and sugar.
Bêtise de Cambrai: is a sweet decorated with a caramelized sugar.
Chantilly: the most famous dish from the region. A whipped cream flavored with
vanilla, is well accompanied with desserts.
Maroilles: A type of cheese with a soft texture.
Champagne: The most famous beverage from France is originated from this
region, a sparkling wine
