Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Private Equity / Investment banking individual to join our dynamic team at
analyst level. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong foundation in finance or business consulting looking
to advance their career in private equity. The individual will play a key role in all aspects of the fundraising and
investment process, from analyzing investment opportunities to executing transactions and managing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare investment decks, fund raising documents IM and financial models

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify promising investment opportunities.
• Perform detailed financial modeling and analysis to evaluate the viability of potential investments.
• Assist in the due diligence process, including the review of legal documents, property inspections, and
financial audits
• Collaborate with senior team members in the structuring and negotiation of transactions
• Monitor and report on the performance of portfolio assets, including financial performance and
market trends.
• Develop and maintain relationships with bankers, investors, and other industry professionals.
• Contribute to the asset management strategy, including identifying value-add opportunities and
overseeing property management teams.

Qualifications:

• An MBA or relevant graduate degree is preferred.

• 2- 3 years of experience in real estate investment, banking, or a related field, with a proven track
record in financial analysis and deal execution.
• Strong Presentation and financial modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to professionalism.
