LEMON CUCUMBER DETOX DRINK RECIPE

 Cucumbers (2),
 20 Mint/Scent leaves
 Lemon(2)

 Rinse all ingredients thoroughly.


 Slice your cucumbers, put in a pitcher/jar.
 Add the 20pcs of mint/scent leaves
 Slice the lemons
 Add 8-10 glasses of water based on the size of your pitcher
(3 glasses or more of the detox drink will be taken a day, for 3
days.) Preservation:Refrigeration

GREEN TEA DETOX

It combines green tea, lemon, honey, strawberries and


cucumbers for a flavorful drink Brew the tea per your usual
routine.

Add your fruit, cucumber and honey.


Enjoy up to 3 times a day for maximum benefits.

DETOX DRINK

1 cup in the morning after workout before breakfast. 1 cup


midday. Say 11:30am/12pm. 1 cup at night after dinner
