3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in
the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and are
open to all bidders from Uganda.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from St. Joseph’s College and inspect the
bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8.00am-5.00pm from Mondays to
Fridays. Each lot constitutes a separate bid.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the
submission of a written application to St. Joseph’s College, Ombaci and upon payment of a non-
refundable fee of Uganda shillings Two hundred thousand 250,000 and bid security of five hundred
thousand (500,000/=) for Category (a), a non-refundable fee of Uganda Shillings Two hundred and
Fifty Thousand shillings, (250,000/=) for category (b) and One hundred and Fifty Thousand shillings
(150,000/=) for category (c). The method of payment will be paying to the Bank using bank slips

 obtainable from Bursar’s office in St. Joseph’s College, Ombaci. The document will be sent by Hand
delivery or Courier. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

6. Bids must be delivered to St. Joseph’s College, Ombaci at or before 12.00pm on 27.12.2022 . Late
bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose
to attend at exactly 2.00pm on 27/12/2022.
7. A pre-bid meeting for all bidders who wish to attend will be held on 27.12.2022.
