Archery and tennis camps, Microsoft Office, ServSafe offered through Community
Education at Mountain Gateway CC this spring, summer

Mountain Gateway Community College is offering several Community Education courses this
spring and summer, with two camps for kids! Community Education courses are open to the
public and are meant to help participants hone their skills or get certified in their craft. These
courses are offered in short durations, helping participants make the most of their time while
making valuable connections with other community members as well as staff and faculty at
MGCC.

This spring and summer, MGCC is offering an Archery Camp for kids, a Microsoft Office
Workshop, ServSafe trainings, and Tennis Camps for kids.

Course details are as follows:

- Archery Camp
- June 17 - June 21
- 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily
- Rising 3rd - 12th graders
- $300
- Held at Main Campus (Clifton Forge)
- End of camp tournament by age level
- Awards ceremony - parents invited!
- Microsoft Office Workshop
- May 14 & May 16
- 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
- Training in Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook
- $150
- Held in McCarthy Hall Room 504 (Main Campus, Clifton Forge)
- ServSafe - Main Campus, CF
- April 22
- 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- For ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification
- $159 (includes textbook, test/answer sheet/voucher)
- Held in McCarthy Hall Room 502
- ServSafe - RRC, BV
- April 29
- 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- For ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification
