following and adjust accordingly:Providing Services such as; Lighting, Electrics, Gas & phones
Portakabins 10m × 3m Offices & welfare facilities Shower & Toilet rooms Office with 3 desks,
chairs & windows Other office furniture and first aid boxes Meeting room Rest area with tables
and benches, fridge, microwave, kettle etc. Changing/drying room 3 no. laptops, phones and

person security 24hrs. Also provide the numbers of the tangible services as you see
relevant ,typical for this construction and considering the number of workers and users of the
site.Use the following information below to make an informed decision on the above
instruction.Below is what the project team will/would typically compose of.The decision of what
personnel should match the activities you will develop/or have developed. Here's what the team
could/should comprise:(Remember the decision of what personnel to include should match the
activities you will develop/or have developed so do not include irrelevant human resource.

Pavement works: Asphalt 1 plant operator, 3 operatives Edging/divider 2 operators Lining 1

consider earlier given instructions for example since the pavement is to be Cellular grid pavers
50 mm Grid ForceTM cellular paver installed on 150 mm thick compacted type 3 sub-base in
accordance with manufacturer’s instructions for gravel installation and If no existing pavement,
there'll be No divider,No edging, Unsegregated thus typically divider operators, and asphalt
operatives here would typically not be needed. These are the kind of logic decisions I need you
to follow in this new script. AdditionaIly,I also need you to develop a logical construction
sequence with estimated durations, plant resource requirements, and identification of critical
path is optimized to minimise the construction duration.Use all the above information provided
to make this decision(of Optimization)and Activity & material costs and duration rates, plant and

followed by the respective associated activity rates with the appropriate units of

require.(Apply the notes where relevant.i.e to match the step by step activities. These activities
need to be adjusted to be more technically detailed as outlined in the Materials and associated
activity rates provided above so adjust the earlier activities to match these descriptions as
provided by the Principal Engineer to be used in the tendering process.Remember you are a
Contractor responding to a client's brief. Notes: 1. Compacted layers up to 225 mm thick shall
be laid as one. Typical compaction rates can be assumed to be 30% for Type 1/3 aggregates (i.e.
a 100 mm thick compacted Type 1/3 layer should start 130 mm thick) and require 10 passes of
vibrating rollers/plates. This is included in the /hr activity durations. The effectiveness of the
compaction process should be trialled and assessed on site as it is highly variable depending on
machine type, number of passes and moisture content of gravel at installation. 2. Compacted
density of Type 1/3 road base can be assumed to be 2.0 tonne/m³. 3. Asphalt compaction rate
can be assumed to be 20% and a compacted density of 1.7 tonne/m³. 4. Breedon gravel
compaction rate can be assumed to be 50% and a compacted density of 2.0 tonne/m³. 5.
Bulkage of excavated material may be assumed to be 20%, i.e. 1m³ of excavated soil will have a
bulk volume of 1.2 m³. Also I'd like an additional section of Cost estimation using standard rates
for tender(Provided in the sections above) and estimate the cost of the construction of the
proposed development and optimise it in conjunction with the construction programme to
produce a budget. The information I'm referring to is the Activity & material costs and duration
rates, Plant and equipment hire rates,Personnel and gang rates, and Materials and associated
activity rates provided above.Use this informati
