Hello Stefan,

Please find a little summary of your time shadowing the Shorex department on the Sapphire Princess below. Thank
you for your help with tour dispatch and I wish you every success during your next interview for Shorex 😊

Since Stepan’s interview for Shorex he has been to shadow the team at the desk almost every day for the last 4
weeks of his contract. He has been extremely dedicated, made extensive notes and shown a real interest in learning
as much as possible. While shadowing at the desk Stefan gained a knowledge of the following:

- The basics of Xplore including booking, canceling, batch print, recognizing conflicting tours, clearing the
waitlist, creating ticket verbiage and view roll sheets.

- IBM notes

- Dispatch sheets & why we use stickers to organize our guests into their groups for dispatch.

- Assigning luggage tags in e-logistics and recognizing transfer codes.

- Creating GEMS

- The basics of ShipStar and Polar to view prepaid tour credits and how to explain to a guest.

- The content of our PowerPoints and where/ why we display them.

- He is aware of the letter we send to guests with private vehicle bookings and promotional letters to upsell.

- The importance of communicating food allergies and ADA requests to our tour operators in advance.

- How to print escort signup sheets and escort envelopes.

I have now witnessed how keen and willing to learn Stefan is. Prior to his interview in November 2023, he had not had
the opportunity to shadow and experience the department in action. Stefan has since been very enthusiastic and
absorbed as much information from the team as possible. Each of the 3 Tour Staff he has been showing have told me
that they would be happy to have Stefan on their team. He has also been complemented by our Assistant Manager for
his help during tour dispatch.

For the duration of his contract Stefan was immersed in a multicultural team in the Princess Theatre. Experience and necessity placed
Stefan backstage for Production shows where he excelled at his show tracks and working as a cohesive team. Stefan showed a solid
understanding of the company's ethics and compliance policies. He was always prepared to work safely for both his own well-being and
his teammates. Stefan was confident to speak his mind and participate in team discussions.

Observations
As well as being assigned tasks in the theatre, Stefan also successfully preformed duties in the other various entertainment venues
where he often encountered guest queries or assisted other teammates to perform on stage. He approached everyone with respect and
with professionalism and always presented himself on time for his assigned duties recognizing how his promptness resulted in a positive
experience for our guests.

Stefan eagerly sought audio knowledge from his supervisors and implemented the information he received as he was assigned various
soundchecks under the supervision of the APA. He accepted coaching from his supervisors graciously when needed and made
corrective changes as needed. He often had his equipment planned and perform his tasks efficiently to avoid negative guest
experiences.

the Princess Theatre team and he performed his shows tracks with pride, passion, and precision. He handled various musician sound
checks in the wheelhouse as well under the supervision of the APA.

Stefan actively participated in team meetings and share ideas on how to do some set-ups more efficiently. He welcomed new
teammates and shared his knowledge of ships operations selflessly.

Development Goals/Summary
Development Goals: Although Stefan joined Sapphire with only one completed contract, he quickly adapted to working in the
Princess Theatre quickly and skillfully. His backstage performance was equal to any stage crew. He
continuously sought more knowledge in audio and tried to incorporate his training whenever possible.
Stefan has a strong work ethic and takes pride and ownership of anything he does. He has a willingness to
assist with any task no matter how big or small. Stefan has learned how work to with a team of many
during this contract as well as solo operations. His eagerness to continue learning will only slingshot him
on his chosen path. Stefan has been an asset to the Sapphire Production team and I wish him all the best
on his next contract.

I agree with my apprsaisals preformance. I can say that I learned a lot from the managers during this
Teammate Comments: contract especaially from Wendy in the right way. This contract was excellent and i will remember it
fondly. !
