 General guidelines and requirement were thoroughly discussed by Mrs. Vestil.

 As per discussion, TM’s are the academic coordinators of their respective
schools so they are responsible of the dissemination of the information.
 Fees per event are based on the number of participating schools, this was
implemented since the start of the academic and cultural events.
 As per discussion with the TM’s, there will be NO contest done if there will be 3
participants only.
  Each event must have a minimum of 5 participating schools to open a
competition.
 Vocal Solo with Ukulele accompaniment is discontinued.
 Contemporary Duo competition is added this year with the theme about the
ENVIRONMENT for College only.
 For Hip-hop/Streetdance Competition, the theme is FUTURISTIC.
 In the requirement, Certificate of Enrolment signed by the school registrar -
supported with the printed study load of the participant is needed since TOR is
difficult to request due to data privacy.
 For SWU participants, they need to present the full academic year copy of the
student’s TOR with the attachment of the Summer term study load.
 All academic and cultural events should take place after the opening and not
before. All competitions should be done not later than the first week of May.
 There were new designations assigned to Tournament Managers.
 The checklist was sent to GC in messenger.
 Files must be gathered in 1 folder through Google drive – in charge is CIT-U.
 The TM’s were reminded that during the solidarity meeting, discuss and present
the important matters about the event including the issues and problems in order
not to commit it again.
 Information dissemination in the respective coaches per school should be done
right after the meeting in order to give time for preparations.

at 4:00 p.m. in UV Athletics Office.
 FEBRUARY 16, 2023 – SOLIDARITY MEETING at 1:00 p.m. in Cebu Coliseum
Conference Room.
