The participant is a 27-year-old Christian woman who has been living a fulfilling and

happy life. She was raised in a close-knit Christian family and has always been actively

involved in her church community. The participant was the informant herself.

The participant had complaints about difficulty accomplishing goals that she had set for

herself, and feeling distant from her friends who she thought were close. These problems

have always existed but came forth due to her new job change.

The participant comes from a loving and supportive family. Her parents have been married

for over 30 years and have provided her with a stable and nurturing environment. She has one

younger brother with whom she shares a close bond.

As a child she was bullied in school for her build and skin colour. Which made her

feel sad, and wished to be different from who she was.

She generally maintained a cheerful and optimistic disposition. She believes that her

faith plays a significant role in her happiness, providing her with a sense of purpose and hope.

She completed her bachelor's degree in psychology and is currently pursuing a

master's degree in counselling. She has always been passionate about helping others and sees

her education as a way to make a positive impact on people's lives. Before the onset, the

participant was full of gratitude and generally happy. She became a religious person after her

experiences.
