The brief facts of the case are that today i.e., on 21.03.2024 at 19.00 hours the complainant
Kunta Sathya Kumar s/o Ramadasu, Age: 50 yrs, Caste: Padmashali, Occ: Reporter, R/o
Angadi road Narsampet came to PS and lodged a written complaint in Telugu, in which he
stated that on 19.03.2024 at about 21.30 hours one un-known male person telephoned him
from mobile number 9866388483 to his phone number 8341538175 and abused him and his
wife in most nasty language, then he asked him that why he abusing them, on that the said
un-known male person threatened them with dire consequence as he will kill. Later, on the
next day i.e., on 20.03.2024 at 14.00 hours said un-known male person again telephoned him
and abused in filthy language. As he suffering with ill health, it caused delay to report the
matter. Thus he requested to for take necessary action as per law against said un-known

01. U/sec. 110 Cr.P.C : Anent to the above cited subject, the HC-1612, V. Raghavulu of PS
Narsampet submit that, today i.e. on 21.03.2024 at 12:45 hours on superior officers
instructions he along with his staff conducting patrolling in Narsampet Town, while performing
patrolling duty and they reached at Gandhinagar Narsampet at 13:00 hours they found the
respondent Garrepally Veereshalingam @ Veeresham S/o Shankaraiah, Age: 54 yrs, Caste:
Vyshya, Occu: Business, R/o H. No. 1-694, Gandhinagar, Narsampet, Warangal, Ph:
9700387552. The above respondent is the Rowdy sheeter and he involving many disputes in
Narsampet Town. There is every possibility of creating law & order problem and create nuisance
and disturbance to public peace and tranquility in Forthcoming Lok Sabha Elections-2024. If
he was not bond over, he may create law and order problem and may commit cognizable
offences and under preventive measures brought him to PS for bind over.
